Garden Holiday Village - Adults Only

Really enjoyed our stay here, very laid back and we paid a bargain price through Easyjet Holidays. However, we were offered a room upgrade on arrival for €90, which we took. We were there in the last week of the season so things were winding down but the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment guy Kuba was such a nice guy and although we weren't around for the entertainment, apart from our first night, he always made a point of coming and taking to us when he saw us. The pool was chilly as expected for October but large and useable, no fighting for sunbeds here, there are plenty! The room was OK but needed some refurbing, especially the door which was in bad condition, but I expect these issues will be addressed during the winter closedown. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants so maybe a bit further than some people would want, but was OK for us. The included breakfast was fairly good, no real complaints but may not be so good if you're fussy! The evening buffet was €20 each which is probably a bit more than we wanted to pay but we made sure we had plenty. Wine and water need to be paid for on top. Drink and food prices on site are quite expensive so you may want to get some supplies from a shop.

I had a lovely time relaxing at Garden Holiday Village. The room was perfect, cleaners came every day. All rooms overlook the pool area and gardens which are all maintained and beautiful! Staff all very friendly and as a 1st time solo traveller, I felt very safe in the hotel and walking around the area. I took mosquito spray and bracelets and only had a couple of bites. Breakfast buffet was really tasty and lots of choice.. evening buffets were delicious also! Really can’t recommend this hotel enough… I will definitely be returning!

Had a week with hubby and grown up kids . Lovely hotel , staff all great . Adults only and was so peaceful. Breakfast was Lovely with the normal continental and also cooked breakfast , also dress omelet and fried egg to order. Couldn’t fault the brekki . Lunch around pool was pizzas / baguettes ( normal hotel pool food ) nice . Room was good , we had downstairs terrace so we had own sunbeds. Always plenty round the pool . Never see more than 2 people In pool at the same time . Cuba the entertainment guide was excellent a mind of information, will tell you good restaurants . On his recommendation we tried the Hawaii bar . Again good beautiful and staff lovely . Paella and lamb cutlets !!! Wow Cuba does a masterclass in Mallorcan mojito , and you get to make one and drink it . Fantastic drink. We purchased our ingredients from the airport lol Cuba ( sorry if spelling wrong ) is a great guy , his weekly quiz night was a laugh too . The Bali beds were amazing 14 euro which included 2 drinks and a fruit platter ( could upgrade to cava which was another 11 euros ) The hotel is set back around 10-15 min walk from Main Street which had lots of American / bbq /pizza type restaurants . We found a few back street restaurants” the black pig “ which had th best garlic and chill prawns and paella . And also “ the boy “ along the main rd which did good steaks . Would go back

Perfect location, very close to shops and buses. Staff were lovely - very friendly and went above and beyond. Great food and drink options. Very clean and tidy village. Pool was great! Free parking which was also great. Highly recommend staying here. Loved every minute of it!

Stayed here for the week on B&B. Great breakfast selection each morning ranging from cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses and Majorcan style cooked breakfast tried everything (almost!) over the week and all was tasty. We had upgraded to a garden suite and having our own little garden was a lovely bonus especially if you aren't one for lying by a pool all day. The garden environment is lovely and encourages lots of birds and a couple of ducks into the grounds. I will miss Mr and Mrs Duck coming to visit us at our patio door! The room was adequate, clean and had everything you need. It is probably ready for a refurb at some point soon, but not so that it would spoil your stay at all. Housekeeping staff very friendly, though their cleaning routine differs each day. So don't expect a full clean of your room each day. Not a problem for us. Staff very efficient and friendly and are definitely an asset to the hotel. Finally the gardeners are fabulous and maintain the grounds brilliantly.

Fantastic hotel, great location closer to beach and restaurants. Food in hotel was lovely, staff were absolutely brilliant couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful. The room was cleaned daily and was absolutely spotless. Pool was super clean and refreshing (cold) Entertainment was great we especially loved the saxophone played in the afternoon! Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday so special

The hotel was pretty quiet at the end of May as this was out of season, but the rooms were clean and modern, the grounds were beautiful and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was satisfying and a 10/10! Perfect for a relaxing stay to recharge!!

We had a five-night stay in a superior double room on the first floor of one of the blocks, the pictures posted show a good representation of them and the whole resort. It appeared to be fairly modern or recently renovated. The rooms use a keyless system which is a small electronic tag on a wrist band, this also doubles as a payment method to put any food and drink ordered from the bar on your room tab. Two large single beds pushed together and a sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable to sit on for prolonged periods. There was ample storage with a set of shelves which had the small safe off to one side of a shelf and a sizable mirrored sliding door wardrobe that has hanging space and more shelves, had we had stayed for longer we would have liked there to be more coat hangers available. The bathroom was also a good size with a nice walk-in shower and plenty of towels provided, we were able to adjust the shower head angle although not the height. There were some signs of wood delamination, both on the bathroom door at the top and bottom and on the end of the case stand. The ground floor rooms have a private garden with two sunbeds and a parasol, some have a low hedge around them, while others have an unattractive green fence that looks like it belongs around a kids play park. We did think these would have been more suitable for us as the veranda in covered by the upstairs balcony which would have been useful on the days that we experienced rain. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, one of the barmen did become a little annoying with being on the loud side when dealing with customers and other staff members. The entertainments manager was excellent, laying on some fun activities both during the day and in the evening, on the whole the acts that performed in the evenings were also good, some better than others. The food was varied with a different theme each evening, plentiful and tasted good, we didn't have a bad meal while we were there. We would order a drink from the staff when we could get their attention and then having to do the same when we'd finished to sign the bill. We tended to go for dinner around 8pm when we found it to be relatively quiet and then go straight to the bar afterwards to sample the evening’s entertainment. Breakfast time tended to be varied and that seemed to be very busy in comparison at any time. Overall, a very quiet resort with plenty of space to relax around the pool even with the fixed parasols if you prefer to lay in the shade. The is a hospital just at one end so we did hear the occasional ambulance arriving at the A&E and we did hear some traffic on the nearby road late at night. A short walk to a few shops, bars, restaurants, the beach and bus stops. There is a large and cheaper supermarket about a mile away if you want to buy bits for lunch or any snacks. Definitely one of the better adult only resorts we have visited and would visit again apart from we found the surrounding area to be ve
