Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

This really is a special place. I read a lot of reviews and always take them with a grain of salt but this place lived up to it. Its a quaint place, not a large complex at all. A good mix of families with young kids and older couples. Not a party scene, just relaxation. Rooms were excellent. Well maintained and appointed and the beds were fantastic. Fairly quiet as well, with minimal noise from above or the corridors. We really stayed within the resort for all three days. Breakfast an dinner buffets were amazing spreads. At dinner you had an entree to choose from, if you wish, in addition to the buffet. The restaurant that was open for lunch during the day had a great view of the sea and the food list was impressive. The most amazing part, frankly, was the attentiveness of the staff. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and resorts, from Wyndhams to Sheratons to Ritz Carltons and Four Seasons. I don't think we've ever encountered a more friendly team of people. And we only stayed there 3 days and 2 nights at the end of a 10 day Spain trip. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every person you encounter says "hola" and almost all of them ask you how everything is going and if they can help with anything. All the time. Even in passing in a lobby. Clearly they have many return visitors and people return for a reason. You can tell they remember these people. It's really exceptional. For that reason alone, we will be back! We want to explore Mallorca further. As mentioned, this was a relaxing end to a busy trip through Spain. We look forward to a week or more at Grupotel in the near future.

Most attentive staff with each his/her own professional and yet amicable approach. Furthermore, this seaside hotel boasts ample luxurious facilities and well maintained spacious rooms full of amenities. We would very much enjoy a return visit. Gracias

Everything was phenomenal. The service staff was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were beyond expectations. Location is perfect for beach access. No complaints. Room was clean and well maintained and the nightly entertainment was a nice touch. Will return.

On arrival at the Hotel, we were greeted by Laura, who showed us around and to our room, which was lovely. We then had a late dinner, which was excellent. Throughout our stay, we did not venture out for dinner as the quality and choice of food on the a la carte and the buffet menu was excellent. We did have a slight issue with noise from the room above due to the chairs being moved about frequently. When this was mentioned to reception, they immediately offered us another room and we were provided with a free upgrade to a suite on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The additional space was fantastic. We found ALL the staff to be kind and helpful and also very good communicators, especially in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the evenings in the bar with the entertainment and the choice of drinks was very good along with excellent service. The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of heating in the outdoor pool. Not quite sure it wasn't heated but it meant that the indoor pool was usually used by adults with very small children and therefore very noisy and uncomfortable.

Overall it’s a great hotel. Very clean. Friendly and professional staff. The food is great. Our dairy and gluten allergies were accommodated well. The area around is beautiful (clean beach, quiet natural park). The spa was good and clean. The gym needs some service as the Technogym machines and the rower were rusty due to the chlorine of the water of the swimming pool. We will definitely come back there!

Considering it was the first day opening from the winter shutdown the staff and facilities ran smoothly with impeccable service from checkin, dinning, attentiveness of staff and spa facilities.

We are a family of seven and still in situ. The staff make this resort. They are simply outstanding. I’ve never experienced service of this level in Dubai, Thailand, America ROTW and I doubt it exists. They genuinely care so much about your time spent here…nothing is a problem. Add to this an amazing evening buffet, good after supper entertainment, breakfast of the highest quality and a beach front restaurant for delicious fresh fish lunches and they knock everything out of the park! The property itself is an older one but fully functional and extremely well maintained. Pool clean, Spa large with sauna/steam. Very reasonable rates and the massage experience is of the highest quality I’ve had. Suite very spacious with two bathrooms👍 I thoroughly recommend this property and have no negatives - EXCELLENT/IMPRESSIVE/WONDERFUL!

Everything was perfect. Large rooms, they arranged our two rooms next to each other. Great food, service like in Asia. Everything very clean and organized to details. Kids club opened all day, great animators Gloria and Maria. Beautiful restaurant on a shore. Dinners with live music almost every day, huge offer on buffet and you have a choice of menu as well. Everything just perfect.

The service in this hotel is truly outstanding with friendly staff who go out of their way to give their guests a memorable experience. Delicious breakfasts with great variety of options. Highly recommend having dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant.
