The free breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I also really appreciated how the hotel anticipated the breakfast rush due to a large group staying on the same day and opened breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate other guests. That kind of consideration really made a good impression. The free coffee in the lobby (available during specific hours) was also a nice touch. And the large public bath on the 12th floor was clean and enjoyable.

I always book this hotel when I visit to the Muroran. The price is reasonable and the hotel is very good.

This might be one of the worst hotels we've stayed at in Japan. It's run-down, and quite dirty, with a strong cigarette smell in the room. The room itself is very small and poorly laid out. The hotel's location is completely uninteresting. The only positive is the free parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near Higashi-Muroran Station, making a day trip to Hakodate more comfortable than from Sapporo. The breakfast offers a good variety, and there's free, self-serve freshly ground coffee. Plus, there's a Don Quijote and various izakayas within a 5-10 minute walk, which is super convenient! 👍

Not bad at all. JR Higashi-Muroran Station is super close, and it's easy to do a day trip to Lake Toya from here.

From Lake Toya, we took the Donan Bus to Muroran to see Cape Chikyu. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Higashi-Muroran JR Station, very easy to find. It offers free hot springs, and the rooms are very clean. The front desk service was excellent; we asked them to call a taxi for us to Cape Chikyu. Cape Chikyu was indeed beautiful, with stunning scenery. There aren't many shops around the hotel, but the Hananotei restaurant on the first floor serves delicious dinners.

Good location with short walking distance from JR higashi Muroran station. Good choice of breakfast and also good onsen / hot baths facility.

The hotel location is very near to JR Higashi Muroran Station and very easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. There are hot spring baths on the 12th floor and we enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good and variety. The hotel restaurant also offered dinner until 10pm for those who had a late check in.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the West Exit of Higashi-Muroran Station. Rooms are quite spacious, and there's a public bath on the 12th floor. The hotel breakfast is good, and surprisingly, they even offer congee and *doufunao* (which they refer to as 'tofu' here)... There are bus route display screens at both the East and West exits of the station. Tourists planning to visit attractions like the Hakucho Bridge or Cape Chikyu should check the bus schedules in advance, as the buses run infrequently. Of course, this advice can be disregarded if you're taking a taxi.

Very near train station so it very easy in winter that are a lot of snow. Top Floor is Onsen  a good warm up. For the next day. morning a normal Japanisch breakfast good for the price. Room is clean an small as Japan standard. No water bottle in room was given.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of the JR station.

The hotel is quite dated. While it's right next to the JR station, the immediate area isn't very lively, with only one convenience store. You'll have to walk about a kilometer to find more amenities. It's perfectly fine for an overnight stopover.

The room was a bit small and a little dated. Breakfast was okay. Overall, it was decent for the price.

Overall, it was excellent, much better than I had anticipated. It was very clean and well-appointed.
