My wife and I spent two wonderful nights at Tiloreza Volcanoes Ecolodge. We arrived very late in the evening because our flight was delayed, but the staff was ready for us, including umbrellas for the rain. Our room was spacious, our bed was comfortable and the shower had ample hot water. The food was delicious and the restaurant wait staff was very attentive. I would like to especially thank the desk staff Lucy and Jeannette for their kindness. They allowed us to clean up after our gorilla trek and check out late because our room was not needed. Gaiters and boot cleaning is also provided. Very highly recommended!

This Lodge was great. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful, kind and attentive. Food was all delicious. Location is great for trekking, just a short car ride. Lots of little things to do here, they have books, board games, chess board and croquet outside. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately it rained quite a bit when we were here so we couldn't use it. The hotel staff provided gaiters to prevent mud getting up your legs when hiking and then very kindly cleaned our hiking boots after the hikes. This was immensely helpful for how muddy we got. We would definitely recommend this lodge. I LOVED the hot water bottles that they put in our bed for the night! Great touch. My husband was very happy as was able to watch the football by the bar both days, the staff very kindly changed the channel for all the matches he wanted to watch.
