For transit passengers, Please do not leave the transit (airport restricted) area/clear arrival immigration when you arrive into Muscat; re-entry into the transit area after immigration is not permitted without an onward boarding pass. We recommend that you contact your airline to clarify baggage handling arrangement during transit, Guests will not be able to access their checked-in baggage at the hotel and AEROTEL MUSCAT would not be able to retrieve check-in luggage on your behalf.

Good option if you have a long layover. However please take note that you’ll have to go through the security check (throw all your liquids even though you only just landed and transit from another plane).
The hotel room is nice but extremely COLD (cannot change the aircond temperature as it is centralised) bring your jacket if needed. The counter staff was not as friendly with no proper greeting no smile. Could have been better if they had a basic customer service attitude. Overall stay was okay but will not come again for the longer layover in this hotel .

I had 11 hours transit in Muscat and it was midnight. The hotel is so easy to find, it's on the 5th floor after passport control. Big and quiet room with full amenities. All was great

We had a good time at the hotel. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, clean. Unpleasant experience with the receptionist, because he deliberately gave us only a room without breakfast, he even claimed that breakfast was not paid for, only when I showed the receipt of payment, he gave us breakfast as well.
