The hotel has a very good location — most of the main attractions can be reached by taxi in about 15–20 minutes, which is very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty, with a good variety. The local staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — always ready to assist with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe room, which made my stay even more special. Such gestures really make a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Muscat. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Great value for money. Breakfast is simple but has eggs and other warm dishes as well as salad and fruit. Daily room cleaning. Rooms a bit outdated.

When I checked into the hotel, I had to wait for about an hour and a half because my room wasn't ready. Also, there was a problem with cold water in the bathroom in my room. Two days after my stay, I had to leave for another city urgently. I tried several times to get a recalculation of the amount for the days I didn't live in the hotel, but I couldn't. At first, the manager wasn't there, then he was at a meeting , then he was having lunch. Each time, there was a new reason why I couldn't get what I wanted.

I would recommend for a family. It is a very old hotel and also is not suitable for family.

Decent hotel, reception not that fast or very supportive in satisfying the requests of the guests. The only person very cordial and helpful was Sir John, I really appreciated his assistance and kindness! I don’t highly recommend this hotel.
