The reception staff provided excellent service and assisted guests checking in early. The housekeeping staff checked in daily regarding cleaning. The location is surrounded by restaurants. Overall, it's a very good and clean place to stay.

I've actually been staying at this hotel for a week now. It's been good, but today the cleaning staff might have been tired, I'm not sure, but they didn't clean well. They rushed through it. My things in the bathroom were supposed to be neatly arranged, but some items were knocked over and scattered. I think they might need to practice making the bed properly. I'm not a picky person and I don't ask them to clean every day, but I think it should have been cleaner and more organized. And the woman at reception should smile more. 😂

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The room is spacious, and the breakfast menu changes daily. The hotel's location is excellent, with free parking downstairs. Although the in-room facilities are a bit dated, it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's a peaceful spot right in the heart of the action.

The hotel is decent, offering good value for money. It's suitable for short business trips, though the bed is a bit soft. Breakfast has a Middle Eastern/Indian subcontinent flavor. As pictured, there's a Turkish restaurant nearby, so you can find food you're used to.

Second time being there and it’s as usual a good quality value stay in the heart of Muscat. Staff are always there to help.

We stayed for 2 days. 1st day AC was not good but they sorted out next day. Cleanliness was OK. We had taken breakfast as well - selection of items ok but not served hot. Coffee was not good at all. Overall I rate as 3.5 out of 5.

We booked two rooms during the Eid ul Fitr holidays, but unfortunately our experience was below expectations. The room furniture was quite old and not well maintained. The bathroom condition was also poor—especially the bathtub, where the drainage was not working properly, causing water to accumulate while showering. Additionally, there was no internet connectivity on the 6th floor, which was very inconvenient. Another concern was the absence of a lifeguard at the swimming pool, which raises safety issues. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in maintenance and basic services.

The location is good. The room is clean and big. The breakfast is good. The staff is helping.
