From checking in to checking out it was faultless.
Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service!
Room was perfect
Gym was perfect
Pool was perfect
Breakfast was amazing
Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic.
Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit.
Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid.

the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to accommodate but the rooms are not clean up to standard - towels and duvets had a unclean strange smell to them and I did have to request that our room was to be cleaned because it wasn’t done automatically. The WiFi was also super glitchy - we did complain and the latter half of the trip was better but we were struggling to get connected at the beginning.

Terrible reception service. I have been trying to contact the hotel for more than two weeks to arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel. They don’t answer calls or reply to emails. It’s just outrageous.
