Ive choosen this place cause its central, easy to access and 24h check in. The room been spacious, clean, comfortable beds, complimentary coffee and dates in lounge. They been helpful to organise a taxi for local prices to the airport. Very polite and friendly staff. The breakfast been compared to other hotels in Muscat a bit pale. But I would still recommend it.

The Indian receptionist was very rude and her behavior was bad. She wanted to charge us an extra amount equivalent to the price of a whole night because we were with a small child, even though we didn't ask for an extra bed or anything else. The staff who was with her later told us that it was not their fault because this receptionist is the one who gives the instructions. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable during my stay after she raised her voice at us in front of everyone and caused us embarrassment.

I am super happy with this hotel. Clean rooms, nice stuff, good an reasonable pricing. They let me store my stuff, gave me all the stuff I forgot in my room (😅 typical me) and even helped me booking my taxi etc. If I’ll ever come back to Muscat I’ll definitely try to book a room here again! Nice place to stay. Affordable price.

Classic room. The downside was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom, which was uncomfortable. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Coffee and dates are available in the lobby. The reception is open 24/7, which is extremely convenient. There are cafes, currency exchange, and car rentals nearby.

The location is good and convenient for traveling. It is close to the main road and is very close to the IKEA Food Court or other places. It is also close to the airport. The room is relatively tidy. The front desk service attitude is good. This is my second stay and I can extend my check-out until 1pm for free.

Not a bad hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water. Breakfast is modest, but you won't leave hungry. They promptly answer questions on WhatsApp. Of the minuses, there are no slippers, poor sound insulation, sockets are not suitable for our chargers. They asked for an adapter. They promised to bring it to the room, but it never arrived.

At first, I was given a patio room with no sunlight. After I changed it, I was given a smoking room on the first floor. There was a smell in the corridor. The key point was that the hot water in the room was broken. Although it was over 30 degrees outside, the hotel was very nice. It was cold, and the compensation was to check out at 2pm. I stayed in many hotels, and checking out at 2pm was a basic operation, not compensation. If it weren’t for the lack of hot water, I would have had to check out at 12 noon, and every time it was postponed Payment is 1 real per hour. . There are rental cars nearby, it's very noisy, and there are no restaurants. It's not close to anywhere. Not recommended. . The front desk service is okay, but it's so funny that there is no hot water, and they won't even change your room.
