The Pearl by Dls Hotels

I visited this property in June 2026 and my experience was quite disappointing. The entrance shown on the website is completely different from the actual property. The pictures are misleading and do not accurately represent the location. The location itself is inconvenient. If you're driving, the parking area is at the bottom of a very steep slope. To reach the main mall or entrance, you have to walk uphill on a steep incline, which is neither mentioned nor shown anywhere on the website. Additionally the Wi-Fi barely worked during our stay. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely poor, and at times the water flow was insufficient. The worst part of our experience was that one of the hotel's staff members parked our brand-new car and ended up hitting another vehicle, leaving a significant dent. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of apology, accountability, or regret from the staff regarding the incident. Overall, I would not recommend this property. There are several much better options available in the same price range that offer a far superior experience

Very disappointing experience at DLS Pearl, Mussoorie. We stayed for 3 nights with 17 guests and booked 8 rooms. The hotel has no proper parking for larger vehicles, no porter service, and guests have to carry luggage through a steep uphill/downhill approach road, which is extremely inconvenient. The Deluxe Rooms were poorly maintained and nowhere near worth the high prices charged. We even found a baby cockroach in the dental kit tray, raising serious hygiene concerns. Hot water was unavailable most of the time, and the food quality was poor with very limited options. For the price being charged, the overall experience was far below expectations. The management of DLS Pearl and the DLS Group should seriously improve their standards of cleanliness, hospitality, room quality, and guest convenience. I would not recommend this property to families or large groups.

i stayed hotel pearl last year feb-2012 and i must say it was full value for money,but clean rooms very good service ,amazing view from the room ,good food and very helpful and nice staff from the front office to the room service, The Pearl is a no pretensions, no frills hotel that delivers all the basics well years. The construction now feels a little old but every thing is in order and works well. The location is very very convenient for the mall road on the Picture Palace side of Mussoorie. in Stayed ,Feb,2012

Right from reaching the hotel to reaching the hotel room, our experience at this hotel has been terrible. No signboards to guide, room was filthy not cleaned at all, bathroom door lock didn’t exist and hotel staff, instead of doing all the checks on their own, kept making excuses. The hotel is a poorly managed property with inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend stay at this place.
