Far away from mussoorie peak 8 km . Difficult to get at iconic places of mussoo. rooms r congested. Staff not open for suggestions. As it's 8 km away from mussoorie peak temprature not same , it'such hotter. Prime spots r not easy to access from reso. No space for drivers to rest like other if you are travelling with rented vehicle. Many friends had gastric problem after taking food.

We had a wonderful experience at Bulaakh Resort. The ambience is incredibly peaceful, and they have an excellent, well-maintained lawn that is perfect for relaxing. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. ​What truly stands out is the hospitality—Mr. Manu and his staff are exceptionally courteous and polite. Their service is remarkably fast, ensuring you have everything you need without any delay. To top it all off, the food was absolutely delicious with great flavor and variety. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

I would like to share my honest experience regarding the management under Mannu Pathak{Corporate General Manager }. The behavior towards staff members is highly unprofessional and disappointing. Employees are repeatedly assured that full salaries will be credited, but in reality incomplete payments are made without proper communication or justification. This has happened multiple times and has created serious stress among staff members. A manager should support and respect employees, but the work environment here lacks transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I also possess audio recordings related to these salary discussions. Apart from salary issues, the overall management, staff treatment, cleanliness standards, and work culture need major improvement. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works toward treating employees fairly and professionally.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful at all and treated guests badly. The food quality was extremely poor, stale, and unhygienic. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty, with no proper cleaning or maintenance. Overall hygiene standards were terrible, and the entire property felt unclean and uncomfortable. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic hospitality and cleanliness.

I recently stayed at Bulaakh White flower Resort Mussoorie. The stay was super comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Special mention to Vikas Sir the Vice President who take care for this beautiful property so well. Operation Manager Bittu ji for taking care of us so well. Yashwant ji for the smooth Check in and check out experience and I would really like to appreciate Maksud from Food and Beverage for always assisting us with breakfast and Dinner.Hotel have a Nice indoor swimming pool with best view. We would like to visit this property again.

Wow what an amazing property in Mussoorie to visit. Amazing views and location, and the Glass house fells like top of the sky. Food was ultimate and staff was also cooperative. And the best part, swimming pool in Bulaakh resort is another charm to this property.

Below average don't opt for it. its not a safe place for couple or family. alcohol is consumed in the open lawn. people use offensive language while drinking. and staff serves them with peanuts. not as shown in pictures. construction was going on with heavy noises. in morning also there were alcohol bottles with spilled food.

The room was cozy.food taste was good.staff is humble and service was quick.overall Good experience.mussorrie lake is walking distance.
