Our first point of interaction with Rockeby Manor was with Mr Shahnawaz from the Reservations team who was so warm and made the entire booking process seamless for the Rose suite. They say the first impression lasts and that truly worked for us too. Having our airport pick up and drop taken care of by the team, we felt assured and worriless, for the steep narrow winding roads uphill and down Mussoorie aren’t at all easy to drive, but our chauffeur Mr Mukesh was skilled enough to make us feel safe without any delay. The warm welcome at the front desk followed by smooth check in process by Mr Sanjay is admirable. He walked us through our room and the entire process efficiently yet with warmth. The other staff at the front desk including Mr Sajid and Mr Harshit were present at all times to guide us through and tend to our needs. Mr Raju and his team ***** with Chef Mr Bhatt's team at Emilys ensured that our food was fresh, exotic and we felt pampered all the way. Being a heritage property, I just loved the way the place has been restored and maintained keeping alive it’s rustic colonial feel. From the thoughtful luxurious design of the rooms to the its beautiful Tea Garden landscaping, every niche has beauty and story of its own to tell. Not for a moment you would feel un belonged and most of us would wish our stay never ends. We loved The Highlands space for its crisp air of the mountains and how its beauty has been shared with the guests. Every staff member is cordial and caring which keeps the vibes of the place warm and attractive. The cleanliness is as desired. You feel pampered at every step. For years we had read and heard so much about Rokeby Manor being a magical place, for its stone and brick colonial architecture and had yearned to visit the place and last week when we finally did, we found everything way better than it could have been put into words. The view from the property brings ***** a great life perspective to anyone who spends time there. To put it simply, this property is a must- stay in Landour especially to witness the fine balance of history adapting to modern world

Our stay at Manor Rokeby was truly exceptional. The property beautifully combines heritage charm, comfort, and warm hospitality, making every moment memorable. The rooms were elegant, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful retreat amidst nature. Emily’s Café was an absolute delight—serving delicious food, excellent coffee, and a wonderfully inviting ambience. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Together, they created an unforgettable experience that we would gladly return to.

Great location with lovely views and a few easy walks. Beautiful old world charm. We loved the little tit bits of history dotting the walls. Some of the rooms are a bit cramped but well furnished. The small touches of chocolates every night at turn down were extremely appealing. The staff were absolutely fabulous- they were all very polite and extremely helpful. The food at Emily's was delicious and portions huge!!

Staying at Bothwell Villa by Rokeby Manor was truly an unforgettable experience. From the luxurious stay to the breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains right from our window, everything felt straight out of a movie scene. The beauty and peace of Landour added a magical touch to our trip. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality and premium service provided by the hotel. A special mention to our butler, Mr. Rakesh, whose warmth, attentiveness, and care made our stay absolutely flawless and memorable.

Absolutely amazing food at the Manor and Animesh’s service was out of this world. He managed to serve 25 people with promptness and politeness. 10/10.

Beautiful hotel with top notch location. The rooms are all different themes. But the cleanliness is good. Service is very nice and loved the vibe.

On our recent trip to Mussoorie ,we went to Landour & stopped at Rokeby Manor for breakfast. The restaurant at this Hotel is on the first floor , so it was not possible for my mother to climb the stairs. It was really kind of Mr. Paramveer Singh ( Rokeby Manor In charge) who made my mother sit in their exclusive lounge area on the ground floor and served breakfast there. Me & my wife went upstairs to their restaurant and had our breakfast. The Manor has it's history and it's a boutique property with around 13 rooms ( I think) of different categories. The view from the property are great. After breakfast we thanked the staff and left for Mussoorie.

Rokeby Manor, Landour is truly a slice of old-world charm nestled in the hills. From the moment we arrived, everything from the serene surroundings to the thoughtfully curated spaces felt warm, inviting, and incredibly special. What made our stay exceptional, however, was the people. A heartfelt thank you to Sanjay, Dhruv the General Manager, Harshit, Tarun, and Yogesh for their constant warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Each of you went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention to Rahul as well, whose kindness and effort did not go unnoticed. And of course, immense appreciation to the entire restaurant staff, who ensured every meal was a delightful experience both in taste and service. The attention to detail and care truly stood out. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels so personal and heartfelt. Rokeby Manor is not just a stay it’s an experience we will cherish and look forward to returning to. The cottages are really worth staying at overlooking the beautiful valley. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our visit so memorable.
