Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Base don our experience with fortune ITC, it seems the staff had failed to manage the property in terms of cleanliness nad lacks basic maintenance. My parents were not pleased with thr state of the condition.

The room service prompt view from the room was awesome and the food was also delicious.

Excellent location. Nice food. Breakfast buffet is with wide choices so is dinner. Car parking is with direct access. Very courteous staff.

While the location is prime, the suffix 'resort' is completely unbefitting to the property and its resources. The staff was ample and smiling,but they definitely need to look into having a better chef on board- breakfast buffet seemed like a carryover from day before, with minor changes! Rest of the meals lacked taste and flavour! Now to a major flaw-it poured on one of the days and water gushed down like a waterfall from the staircase onto the lobby and down the next flight! Apparently, the property is next to a nalla which gets blocked with leaves etc and that backflows into the hotel! While full credit goes to the entire staff team, irrespective of their designations all were into into immediate action with wipers, but still ITC needs to do something to save reputation! Moreover, it has no 'traveldesk' to help guests in any manner- be it a usual pick or drop facility within nearby vicinity or if guests are stranded due to sudden change in weather! All in all, certainly not a repeat property destination for us😔

It was an amazing experience dining at Fortune & special credit goes to Mr Sailendra who made are visit most memorable one. Home made like food..tasty and hygienic just the way our toddler likes. Awesome ambience and very friendly and excellent service.

Absolutely in love with the place. Very cooperative staff. Specially AJEET in the restaurant. Great!! Took great care of my kids

Breathtaking location, great location, I loved the services enjoyed the stay. I love the fact that I get to sip and enjoy a coffee on top of a mountain view with the comfort of the hospitality. great customer service. the rooms are clean and well maintained. All our workshops was accommodated in the hotel with excellent service.

The staff was great, specially Sudhanshu ji The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and the bed was remarkably comfortable,the bathroom was extremely clean,the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep.The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants" or "within walking distance the overall feeling of the stay, such as if it was a "perfect weekend retreat" or if the food was "good and great value for money.impeccable services, and excellent room views. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.
