This was one of the loveliest places we’ve ever stayed. We splashed out on a junior suite and it was so worth it. The view was incredible and the room made full use of it with a long veranda and floor to ceiling windows. Staff were kind and attentive everywhere. The food at breakfast, in the restaurant and in the bar was delicious and although there was quite limited choice, everything was superb quality. We enjoyed sitting by the pool with a gorgeous view of the Bollinger vineyard. We had considered staying at the Royal Champagne hotel and took a drive up there to take a look, but the views didn’t compare with the Loisium. There are four small independent champagne growers within a 15 minute walk and within a 10 minute drive, many more in Ay. Absolutely wonderful break. We’ll be back.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views over Champagne vineyards.  Service in the restaurant during diner service could be more warm, but food is great.  Overall a very nice hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman. The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel

It's far from Epernay, so it's dark and I'm a little worried about taking an Uber at night, but on the flip side, in good seasons you can get a great view of the vineyards and it's very comfortable to stay in the room. It was clean! Although there are no speakers, you can listen to YouTube on the TV, so it's not a problem.

charming and elegant hotel, excellent service at the pool with cold champagne and other drinks, pool water at the perfect temperature and delicious food at the restaurant (best escargot we have ever eaten) I thank the hotel staff (especially at the arrival where the lady who welcomed us was very friendly and efficient) all the staff who welcomed us with great professionalism and good humor in all areas of the hotel!
