An unplanned meeting made it necessary for us to visit Mykonos for a 2-day trip. We had heard about Bianco e Nero and decided to give it a try. This was a very pleasant surprise! The service offered by all members of staff - from the moment we were met at the port to our departure was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble. Katerina and her team run a very friendly and welcoming breakfast and lunch place next to the pool, always with a bright smile! The room was immaculate and the mattress was brand new! Cleanliness was impressive and the room temperature was pert. The lights of the gardens offer a perfect backdrop for photos as we found out ourselves. Fotis succeeded in creating a hotel that offers exactly what it says in the brochure! We will be back!

I stayed at the Bianco A Nero hotel on the 31st March until the 3rd April alongside 3 others. We booked 2 rooms for the duration of our stay. Prior to arrival I received a welcoming email through *********** regarding our impending stay. The communication from the hotel was great, they answered all my queries related to the airport transfers very quickly. The airport shuttle service collection in their luxury spacious vehicle was just as impressive as their communication. Upon arrival, the welcome received from Elpida the lovely lady at the reception was great and she fully explained everything to us regarding our stay. Our rooms, on either side of the hotel, were both as clean and beautifully presented as each other. Smart Tv’s with Netflix and Amazon prime built in for ease of logging into your favourite series whilst unwinding in the evenings. The hotel is located very close to the airport, a 5-minute drive at best but felt like miles away, the added bonus of the hotel’s location was being able to see my friends plane landing on arrival from my room, whilst not being disturbed by the sound of the planes. Mykonos town centre is a 10-minute drive away and once again we were whisked away in the luxury hotel shuttle directly to the town centre. Arranging the shuttle service was very easy, with a simple WhatsApp message sent to let the hotel know when we were ready to be collected. We spent our time in Mykonos travelling in style for sure. Thanks to the lovely manager Fotis, I was lucky enough to experience one of the rooms on the upper level with the jacuzzi, which, in the cooler evening of April, was such a treat. The Jacuzzi was a perfect temperature, it did not allow us to feel cold even though there was a chill in the air. Looking out onto the hotel grounds with the illuminated pool really did make for the perfect evening setting. The breakfast at the hotel was nice, not extensive but had everything you would need (bar English tea) I am not a tea drinker but one of my other guests did miss having their usual cup of tea in the morning. The bacon was particularly enjoyable! Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was very reasonable and with a varied selection of options available. When it came to checkout, as we had an evening flight, Fotis accommodated a late checkout, and we were able to still use the hotels facilities which was much appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay at Bianco A Nero, the staff were all very welcoming and made our experience one to remember, we even got to experience the famous Mykonos wind! I would highly recommend staying at the Bianco A Nero, for its location and value for money. I shall look forward to visiting again in season when I can get to fully enjoy the pool! Thank you again to Fotis, Elpida and Kritis for a great stay.

We're family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids) just came back from Bianco A Nero hotel and I can say that we had a wonderful and unforgettable time there. Amazing hotel featuring elegant rooms and 2 swimming pools, one of which has a jacuzzi option (my kids loved it). The hotel offers the most gorgeous sunset views. The room we stayed in had all 5 of us together. It also had a nice terrace containing remarkable view overlooking the beautiful nature and romantic sunsets. The hotel is outside of the city, so you can enjoy the peace in nature. The road heading to Mykonos town is definitely not for pedestrians and getting to the town by foot can be quite dangerous. The hotel offers transfers to the city or car rental services. It's roughly 10 min drive from Mykonos town. The remarkable feature was the fabulous hotel staff: a very helpful, kind, responsive and caring team. Our words of gratitude go to a very generous and attentive chef - Sakis, a very polite and beautiful blonde waitress (to our shame, we forgot her name) and a young and friendly Kostas. Thank you for making our holiday a fantastic one! We highly recommend this lovely place to families, couples and friends.

Disappointed. We arrived and there was not even toilet paper in the room so I had to ask for it and they brought us one roll. Room very minimally cleaned. House keeping need to be run through some things in my opinion On cleaning the room more thoroughly and eliminating corner dirt. Also a particular smell of humidity was disturbing and the water smelt too. I just hope the jacuzzi was disinfected. Towels are very old and dry. No bathrobes provided. No phone in room so you have to send an email if you want to request something. No coffee machine which I am used to in morning so have to order it or get at breakfast. Luckily the staff at reception are helpful and always accommodated me but the overall stay was disappointing for these missed out details on cleanliness and amenities in room. Our shower water instantly got cold and we couldn’t have a warm shower. Hotel is close to airport which is good for arriving at airport but can be annoying because of planes constantly arriving or taking off which can bother some people due to the sounds. If you don’t mind these details then it’s worth a stay because close to beach clubs and airports too. Also, the reception are friendly and will help you at all times so thanks to them.

One of the best vacations . This trip was more than a vacation. Bianco a Nero is an Experience. A place where you can combine luxurious stay with 5 star services . Architectural settings fit for surreal views, beautiful staff with amazing souls. A discrete location on the island but at the same time , close proximity from authentic amazing Greek culture …. Thank you Bianco a Nero. Will see you soon. Good vibes only .

This hotel is a great value for money on the island. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We particularly appreciated the heated jacuzzi pool and the extended time slot to use it. What really made the difference was the taxi service with vans proposed by the hotel; extremely well organised and cheaper than regular taxis (special thanks to George who was not against our playlist ;)) I mention that we were a big group of 11 so not easy to coordinate everything as 2 vans were needed but they did it, no hiccups at all. Fotis and his staff are absolutely amazing, making guests feel good and arranging bookings & being of valuable advice for best places in Mykonos. To put it in a nutshell, we had a tremendous experience at this hotel and are so happy to have found such a nice place and adorable people! Keep up the great work and don’t be surprised to see us coming again!

I booked this hotel for my friends hen do and I am so glad I chose it! Honestly from start to finish it was amazing! The owner (Fotis) collected us from the airport in their luxurious people carrier and he couldn’t do enough for us. Every day he came to check that we were all ok and happy. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. The pool was amazing, literally a few steps from our room. There is a main pool with plenty of sun loungers and then a smaller warmer pool which is a larger jacuzzi with lovely beanbags all around. It had great music but not loud, just a nice atmosphere. The rooms were so clean, modern and lovely. They were cleaned properly every day. When we wanted to go anywhere, we just text Fotis half an hour an hour before we wanted to go and there he was waiting for us! There wasn’t much within walking distance of the hotel but this was absolutely not a problem as they took us where ever we wanted to go and then got collected again when we were ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Mykonos and I’m hoping to visit again! Thank you so much for making the hen do incredible x
