This was my little guys first spring break and first vacation and that’s to all the amenities offered at this hotel I’m the BEST MOMMY EVER! The pool area was everything and more! The game room was a nice time to waste time and have fun while it was raining. The views from the lobby during breakfast was beautiful and well as the balcony view from our room on the 19th floor and impeccable! Over all 10/10 . The only hiccup to mention was the Wi-Fi not working so well.

Overall, it was a good stay and would come back, but the tv's were freaking out and not working properly. Also, the shower kept having water leaking during showers and had to keep using all the towels to keep the bathroom dry. Restaurant had amazing food though! The Philly cheesesteak loaded fries were my husband and I favorite! Thankful for the people who were there serving us and working hard. Hopefully those couple things could just be fixed a bit. Other than that this is an amazing hotel!

The indoor water park area was freezing cold. So cold we couldn't enjoy it. The water park is why we booked this hotel. Highly disappointed. We had to cancel. We did get a full refund. So we were grateful for that. But the time and energy that went into the trip was wasted.

Great location, room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable, oceanfront view amazing and staff friendly. Convenient amenities such as gym, restaurant and game room. Many breakfast options. Great place to stay!

The valet and public parking situation was a nightmare. Nowhere to load/unload without being either in the way of the valet service or being trapped by cars once you’re ready to leave the one way entry/exit. Hotel itself was fine and without any issue, aside from don’t make the mistake of going downstairs and not taking a room key… you can’t get back to your room on the elevator if you do.
