Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

The 3 bedroom condo was dated & there were numerous things broken one of which was the dishwasher. Very limited towels & toilet paper. The room was tired & worn.

Carpets in the room were very dirty. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom mirror was not cleaned. The shower also only kept the water hot for about five minutes and then it turned to cold water. Sheets were uncomfortable and stained.

Tv and wifi don’t work in living room . The tech came and didn’t fix it or come back. I had to go to the front desk. The next tech came back and fixed it but said it needed another cord. Nobody ever came for that but everything was working well enough. The room was not like it was shown online.

Spacious, convenient, and nice staff. The only negative that have to give is that the mattresses were terrible.
