Location great. It was a little noisy at night.

The tv would not work and when maintenance came to try and fix it he suggested that we change rooms because it was going to take him a while to figure out what happened. He called the front desk and they told him that they were sold out. We packed out belongings to go downstairs and once we were about to get on the elevator he called back to us that he did something and got it to work. This to me show that they only cleaned it and didn’t make sure things were working properly before assigning it to a guest. Now we had to bring all of our stuff back to the room.

The young lady behind the front desk was outstanding professional, enjoyable to speak with courteous and always very attentive. It’s a pleasure working with this property.

It was run down and didn't seem clean. The linens were nasty. It was just a really seedy room

Horrible experience. Only had a handicap room on first floor. Gave us double queen room instead of king we reserved. 2nd room they put us in tv didn’t work. Not good for bowl games. Third room ok. Breakfast had no attendants first morning. Cold food. Second day small selection and cold food.

The beds were very comfortable, clean room & quiet establishment
