This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We had bed bugs, the front desk associate was really rude and I still haven’t heard anything back from the email I sent them.

Worker came in room without knocking, stated he thought tbe room was unoccupied, water was scheduled ti be off 9 am the morning of original checkout day, i checked out and denied refund.

Clean room. No microwave..weird. no plug where coffee pot was had to make it bathroom...very weird. Not desirable. Overall good. Just those couple things. Would probably stay again for a short trip
