The surroundings are lovely, a quiet town, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's only a five-minute drive from the Seaport Museum and about ten minutes from the town center, which is very convenient. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is decent; they have boiled eggs, but no scrambled eggs, unlike other Hilton hotels that offer hot scrambled eggs and cooked oatmeal. Here, you only get instant oatmeal. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, as I could hear conversations from the next room.

Spark was clean, convenient, and the rooms were updated. The breakfast was a decent continental one. For a hotel serving as purely a place to sleep, it was acceptable. The one problem that made it average was that the pillows were the worst pillows we have ever encountered. They looked puffy but were completely flat when used. Multiple at once did not make a difference, and that factor contributed to less restful nights of sleep. If they upgrade their pillows, we would go back.

Very nice large room with king bed. While the room had a table and chairs and a refrigerator, it was missing a microwave- unable to heat leftovers . The maid service ladies were so kind and friendly even though their services weren’t required. The breakfast buffet was adequate but heavily carb loaded. Overall this was a nice place to stay far enough away to be quiet yet close to all attractions.

Great location next to the Mystic aquarium and shops with easy highway access. The hotel seemed like a converted older motel, so it has a unique layout. The room was huge and everything worked fine. It wasn't the cleanest, but for the price I paid, it was exactly what I expected. Good value for money.

Good clean centrally located motel type hotel in quite part of Mystic Spacious clean newly upgraded rooms with private bathrooms and separated sink outside of bathroom. Would have liked to have sink INSIDE bath as well. Housekeeping staff friendly and willing to help with needed items. TV in room did not work upon check-in late in the day but was replaced promptly the next morning with very pleasant maintenance person. Breakfast was adequate. Bagels were fresh and hard boiled eggs soft and tasty and Folgers coffee was delicious as was fresh squeezed orange juice Besides the above-mentioned sink location and TV mishap , I would give Spark excellent review and would happily stay there again on my next visit to Mystic Seaport.

I booked this for my parents for their anniversary. They had such a wonderful time!

This place was just “okay” at best. It was clean enough and it looked like the outdoor pool was nice (we didn’t have a chance to use it), but the whole layout of the hotel was odd- It’s basically a big square but you check in on a bottom level and the check in area is dark and unappealing. The person checking us in was friendly, but a bit odd- the whole “vibe” of the place was just off. I expected it to be nicer for a Hilton.

Somewhat tired and barebones but perfectly comfortable for a short stay. Clean.

Over all great location! Clean, convenient, and affordable. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

For example there was not toilet brush, and not foucet with flexible tube. We could not use the wifi and the man in the reception gave us a phone no to ask them how to solve the problem instead of doing it himself. Poor service "by Hilton"
