Nadi Airport Transit Hotel Reviews

It was very bad. I booked it for the boss, and he called me and scolded me, saying that the hygiene was terrible, the sheets and quilt covers were dirty, and it was not habitable at all. I wanted a refund because of the hygiene issue, but he refused to agree. It was still Ctrip customer service who coordinated it.

The room is large and close to the airport. The soundproofing is not good. The waiter gets up very early in the morning and can hear the conversation in the kitchen.

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked, bar none.

Searched for Nadi Airport for transfer and booked the hotel that popped up on Ctrip. It was the worst hotel ever. It was terrible at night. There was a strong smell and constant noise from the neighbors. . . .

The hygiene and facilities are really poor. The blankets and pillows are extremely dirty. The only advantage is that it is close to the airport.

The airport transit hotel requires a lot of walking and is difficult to find. You need help from passers-by to get there and check in. The airport drop-off did not indicate whether there would be any charges.

Terrible experience!! Don't book here!! When we arrived it was extremely noisy, we were told it would be quiet by 9pm but in fact it was loud music and screaming in the hallways until 4am. The room was dirty, there were questionable marks on the bedding and there was no toilet paper. Don't be fooled into booking this place due to it's proximity to the airport.

This place is horrible. Roaches in the rooms, mold everywhere and I can’t even articulate how communicable the bathrooms looked. Worst of all they offer no refunds. We were in our rooms for only 15 min and decided that they were too gross to stay in, and they refused to refund our money. Absolutely a horrible experience

The Transit Hotel is very convenient for Nadi International Airport and can easily be walked in a few minutes. It is going through a renovation at present but the works do not cause any problems and the new rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The staff were most accommodating and went the extra mile to help. My room had air-conditioning which made my stay very comfortable. The cost of the room is very reasonable. There are shops close by and the staff organised taxis for me. I would choose to stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for making me so welcome and for all the help so willingly given.

This hotel is undergoing renovations and probably should be closed until this is completed. The main virtue is proximity to the airport - a 10 minute walk. The facilities tat are listed are largely unavailable right now - such as the pool. FJD150 is a big ask for a place in the condition it is in. Staff friendly though.
