Wyndham Garden Wailoaloa Beach Fiji

Beautiful location people staff and great breakfast and room. Loved the location, had an amazing trip with my bestie. One thing is though that the pool is not big and a weird location but for a 3 day stay with my friend we didn't need it. We had a good time and the booking events staff were amazing especially Va, beautiful friendly reception. Great cultural shows too, Will definitely recommend and will stay here again!

I booked for the wrong night and arrived a day late, I asked if they could help me out and change my booking, they couldn't which is completely understandable, after me having a panic for a while I used the room until check out and left. From what I saw the place is nice, the room was big and comfortable, with a nice view.

I cannot praise the service level here enough. The staff was extremely accommodating, warm, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. I felt right at home. The staff knew I was exhausted the day I arrived. The next morning, when they didn’t see me as breakfast was about to end, I received a wake-up call so I wouldn’t miss it. Breakfast was limited, but dinner was good. Excellent service.

Enjoyed our 3 day stay + can recommend. Staff is really lovely. Breakfast is nice with Staff singing and playing guitar. Views are amazing from higher floors. Free hotel activities as well. They even gave us breakfast to go when leaving early morning

Such a great customer service. I booked a room with a king bed and by mistake i was given a room with 2 single beds. The team quickly responded and upgraded me to a ocean view room with a king bed for free. Their breakfast was awsome. I loved every second of my stay. And hats off to the fijian guy at the entrance. I forgot his name. He was so helpfull carrying everyones bags and showing them their rooms and he always had a smile on his face. Definetly will stay again.

The pros -good airport pick-up, great burger at the restaurant, room reasonably clean, good idea to give bottles of water but they should be in the fridge. Good price. The staff were lovely in the restaurant and the valets in the morning. Cons - when we checked in, because we didn't book directly with the hotel, we had to fill in a registration form on an ipad. 3 times we had to do it as the ipad kept glitching. The worst thing was we were in room 107 and as we had an early pick-up, 6.30am, the next morning, so we went to bed around 10pm. But the music was so loud there was no possibility of sleeping. When we called reception to query it, they said ' its next door at the Beach Club and finishes after midnight'. No apology or offer to change our room or anything.

Really loved our stay at this hotel. I’m not sure how it is a 2-star hotel - the room, cleanliness and amenities looked like a 4+ star hotel. It includes everything we needed fo our stay. Only thing missing was the gym, and the pool could be better as it looks like just a water stream under the walking bridge. Overall we really liked our stay.

Staff are friendly.  Place is clean and quiet with a small pool.  A bit far away from town.
