Tokatoka Resort Hotel

Contact the airport staff to call upon their sugar taxi which provide transfer to the airport to and from The staff is friendly, bed is comfortable, location is just next to airport., the pool is cool. My only bad comment is the floor being not that clean. Other than that, it is a good resort. FYI all credit card payment here has 3% charge.

Lovely relaxing place opposite the Nadi Airport. Free Shuttle from and to Airport. 24hr reception and they can arrange Tours. Bed great, plenty of hot water for shower. Friendly staff. Lovely manicured grounds. Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have a variety. Restaurant over looks pool and Bar area. There is a Seperate Coffee shop. All in Fiji dollars. Cash or card accepted. Great child play area. Waterslide into pool. On site shop. Buses (open air, or Aircon mini buses out the front take you to Nadi, $3 Fiji $, Lautoka and Denarau. We had a lovely holiday, will be returning. Great rates, Hotel rooms or Villas some with ajoining rooms.

Absolutely awesome Nadi airport hotel. Awesome staff and pool is simply amazing. We loved it and the food perfect!

We chose to stay here for one night as a transit, which helped given our flight was delayed and we were travelling with a toddler. We waited for 30 mins for the free shuttle as we didn’t know we were waiting in the wrong area. They didn’t have a driver waiting with a sign and they didn’t communicate with help desk (we contacted help desk to call the hotel to let them know we arrived) about clear instructions where to meet. Waiting with a toddler wasn’t fun, so would appreciate if you had a driver waiting or check on flight status, despite delay - as I provided them the details or wrote in the email to wait straight ahead, not where the taxis were waiting. Hotel was a few minutes drive from airport. Room was spacious, shower was ok, bed was ok (sheets need bleach as there were old - not fresh dirty marks on it), they didn’t provide free water or filtered water, so we had to buy water. Breakfast was a fair spread. The playground looked great for kids/ toddler but it was raining so we couldn’t use it. Simple things (free water, better communication with shuttle, cleaner sheets) could have improved the experience and that’s why I’m providing this rating,

Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday. Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery. Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities. Security at both gates were great,friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus. Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was.

Vinaka, Tokatoka, for your wonderful hospitality. Thank you to the front desk attendants for being so helpful to my friend and me when we were having trouble with our cruise reservation. They were nice enough to lend us their desk phone. Also, we were able to check in early at 8am without an additional surcharge. I cannot thank you enough for that.
