The hotel grounds are huge, but for some reason, they don't maintain them at all. There's no beach, even though it could easily be cleaned up for swimming. The dinner system is ridiculous; you have to pay extra for everything. We definitely won't be coming back here again.

Loved the place , the staffs were very friendly and warm. The hotel amenities needs a bit of upgrade including few things in the accommodation itself.

The staff were beyond hospitable. Nico and Kesha in particular ensured our stay was comfortable and special. The location is a wee way away from the busy locations, which is both good (for quietness) and bad (for taxi fares). Overall it was an amazing trip and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and reassuring, and the location was convenient for sightseeing and dining. It's a hotel I'd definitely want to stay at again.
