Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach Fiji

Fiji is a wonderful place and the people are awesome. This hotel had cockroaches every day regardless of how clean you try to keep the place. The restaurants no longer make their own food and is ordered from the backpacker/hostel next door. Management ignored many requests like a birthday celebration and, trip recommendations. Housekeeping was extremely nice and friendly!

The hotel inside looks much better than outside. The level of cleanliness and maintenance is excellent. One annoy feature is the bar and restaurant up on level 6 will not charges to your room. A bigger issue is that several booking sites fail to accurately describe room types. For example Trip.com states multiple types of studio rooms. There is only twin bedded rooms and king bedded rooms. They are ALL partial sea view rooms. If you want a sea view you need to book a one bedroom room not a studio. The fidget pictures are clearly misleading.  The pool is small but there is great beach access. The staff are helpful. Fiji has become expensive but this is good value for money compared with many in the Western division of the main Fiji island.

The front desk people were very nice. But the hotel needs update on many things. Our room is not working well and the room was not comfortable. Shower water temperature  not stable. The good things were there were washer and dryer

Could do better with early checkin and late checkout policies

Its by the beachfront, great rooftop restaurant, spacious room. I had the suite and it had a balcony wjth a great sunset view. Housekeeping can be better, the bellboy ratu was very attentive though. All other staff okay. Slow elevator and theres only one. I would stay again for the restaurant and staff
