The property is in such a beautiful location. We stayed in the in family room. It was on 2 levels and so fun for our littld one!

We had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was also overly nice as we got late night snacks for a fee from the restaurant just before they closed.
Our room was clean and with a good view down to the lake. Breakfast was good. Free parking spaces near the hotel was a great thing too. Only downside was the price tag, as it seems to be almost everywhere here in Switzerland.

Perfect place to stay if you want to be boiled alive. I never write negative reviews, but I will now.
It was so hot in the room that it was impossible to sleep. no air conditioning, no fans, no ventilation, nothing. I sweat more lying still in bed here than I do on a 20km run. we tried to open the window to no avail other than to be eaten by mosquitoes. Mostly empty at the breakfast buffet before breakfast closed. Worst hotel experience I've had.

One night on the France-Italy journey and that was enough for us! Uncomfortable beds, unsuitable family room (automatic light in the staircase unpleasant at night) Breakfast OK, however restaurant to avoid (very expensive for a buffet, with prices not displayed and difficult to obtain) Note that it is announced that French is spoken by the staff, this is not the case. The view is very beautiful…

It is a very cute hotel located at the foot of the mountain, which you can reach from the city center by car. There is no problem with cleanliness. The beds could be a little more comfortable. There are only shared toilets and bathrooms on each floor. It was not a problem for us. We stayed for one night. The breakfast is very good. I recommend it for dinner. There is no parking problem. Dinner is eaten with magnificent mountain and lake views.

Great room size, great mattress, small table, washbasin in the room. Toilet/shower in the hallway (just under 3m away), very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, with a fantastic view of Lake Walen. Unfortunately no shower products. Staff were not very attentive at breakfast. (okay, people with cognitive impairments, but there were enough care staff available)

Nice hotel, nice view, people at the reception very friendly! However, we slept very badly, the bed too small, the desk stuck to the bed, not ideal. Breakfast to avoid! There was nothing! No croissant, no fruit! Coffee cost me a lot!
