My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel offers an array of amenities, including an indoor onsen and outdoor onsens on each floor. The onsen was clean, well-maintained and provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day.
One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast and dinner that were served every day. The hotel offered a different variety of dishes each day, and we were impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The meals were a perfect blend of traditional Japanese cuisine and modern twists, and we looked forward to every meal.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they were able to speak English which made our stay much more comfortable. They were always available to assist us with our needs and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed every corner of the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the serene onsen facilities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Japan.

とてもいい時間を過ごさせていただきました。 まず旅館に入るとロビーから見える奥琵琶湖の景色に癒されます。 特別室に宿泊しましたが、入るなり木のいい香りがして、部屋から見える景色も素敵。 お部屋も広くておしゃれでした。部屋のヨギボーに子供たちが大喜び。 お料理は近江牛づくしをチョイスしましたが、近江牛のお寿司やローストビーフ、ビーフシチューなどあらゆるお肉料理が出てきて全て美味しかったです！ 初めて来たような感じがしない温かいおもてなしも良かったです。 また来たいと思うお宿でした。

和洋室型の広い部屋で清潔感あり、心地良い宿でした。食事は日替わり会席をいただきましたがそれなりに美味しかったです。湖沿いのため、小蠅がいますが、致し方ない点かなと。

角部屋の多分一番見晴らしの良い和洋室に泊まらせて貰いました。夕陽が素晴らしい日に、野鳥の楽園を設置のスコープで観察するのは楽しいものです。セミダブルベッドが２つあり、寝心地は最高でしたが、手狭感は否めません。満室でも全室露天風呂付きの為か、小ぶりの大浴場は夕朝とも貸切状態で、露天でゆっくり日光浴を楽しめました。近江牛尽くしは寿司、しゃぶしゃぶ、ステーキ、コールドミート、シチューを上質の素材でふんだんに戴けました。

環境はとても良いです。琵琶湖のほとりに建っていて、多くの鳥や星を眺めて穏やかに過ごすことが出来ました。琵琶湖の北部の自然の良さを知りました。 全室露天風呂付きです。お風呂は湖に向かって大きく開いていて船が出ている時には気を使いますが、見晴らしに開放感があります。加温は必要ですがいつでも入ることができます。 ヨギボーのクッションやマッサージチェアが部屋にありました。 部屋食の食事はメニューは普通でしたがおいしいです。 従業員も丁寧で快適に過ごせました。 蚊が出始める時期で噛まれてはいませんが、宿で蚊取り線香を借りた方がよかったかもしれません。 全般的には有馬温泉などの華やかさや豪華さはないですが、露天風呂つき部屋食と思うとコスパの良い宿です。
