Great place and staff! Top notch hotel.

The moment you enter, the lobby is luxurious and beautiful✿ﾟ❀.(*´▽`*)❀.ﾟ✿ The room is spacious and stylish Σ( °-° ) Wow The bed and sofa were fluffy and the room was so nice that it was a waste for a room just for sleeping.ฅ( ̳＞ ·̫ < ̳ฅ) All the staff were kind, and when I asked them about recommended izakaya restaurants nearby at night, they brought me a gourmet map and explained things to me in detail, and also introduced me to some particularly recommended restaurants. (๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

The room was upgraded, and although I was alone, there were two beds, so it felt like a lot. It was classy and had a great a**osphere. The amenities in the bathroom are cute and make you feel tight. As someone who doesn't watch TV, finding the Wi-Fi password was a bit of a pain. If you call the front desk, it will appear on the TV screen. The TV is stored in a place like a chest of drawers, and I don't think people who don't watch the TV will turn it on even if they find it. It is difficult to catch a taxi in the morning, so we recommend leaving with plenty of time to spare.

It's perfect except for the age. It was nice to have a parking lot attached. The hotel employees greeted me well and the a**osphere was nice.

Although I only stayed overnight, I think the location is good as it is close to Zengyoji Temple and Nagano Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable and all three of my family members were satisfied. It was a hotel that I would like to use again.

The facilities are very old. The location is also not good, the surrounding is empty. Service is what it is. not so good.

The building itself was old, but the customer service was very polite and comfortable. A little disappointing is that there was a lot of dust on the drapes of the window curtains in the room. As I am sensitive to house dust, just looking at it made me feel itchy. The parking lot was vacant at a good timing and I was able to stop in front of the lobby and it was free.

It was a very convenient location to go to Zenkoji, but the distance to the station may be a bit inconvenient. I wish the cafe in the hotel was open in the morning. The washroom is narrow. The staff were very pleasant and I was able to spend my time in a good mood.

I am not good at the smell of tobacco and I am very sensitive to the smell, so when I asked in advance if I could change to a non-smoking room, the main building was upgraded from the south building. Thank you. I want to stay again^^ There are 2 sets of amenities in the basket Toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, hairbrush, bath towel (soft) Mini bottle of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner There is also a magical soap (Lavender lavender), so you can do anything from women’s makeup removal to face washing, which is very attractive. However, I think it is structurally inevitable, but I cannot sleep because I am worried about the sound of the vent when I first enter the room.

Hotel gives the back to the 60s vibes in the US. A little run down but good enough for just a one night sleepover

Staff, hotel, rooms fine apart from very old bathroom. Breakfast fine, very nice dining area.

Excellent hotel, like the classic hotels you see in a movie with great service and appearance. Highly recommend it and trying the japanese breakfast
