The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.

I used it for business use. The location is not very good as it is quite far from the station, but the price is kept low accordingly.

The hotel was kind. I was able to store my baggage before check-in. It was also nice to be able to drink coffee freely.

It was very conveniently located and there was a parking lot on the first floor.

It's a good idea to keep the carpet in your room clean. Well, I'm happy that the parking lot is free 😃　It was convenient to be able to borrow a bicycle🚲.

Booked to such a hotel at this price, the room is still very clean, very good and highly recommended

因為天氣關係要即日臨時入住，長野附近只剩這家。位置偏遠，附近沒有JR站，設施殘舊，但員工服務態度良好，短期入住尚可接受。

While the property is a little tired it is comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is good value at the price. It was clean and tidy.

There were tea, coffee, toothbrushes, etc. in the lobby, so it was nice to grab only what I needed. There was also a microwave in the elevator hall, which was convenient.

The itinerary that was sent to me via email said that breakfast was included, so when I went to the front desk to get breakfast the next morning, the receptionist was asleep and didn't come for a while. I was told that they only had enough. When I checked in, the woman at the reception was very unfriendly and didn't even explain that I needed to make a reservation for breakfast. The quality of the hotel is also low and the cost of accommodation is too high for that level. Even though it's quite far from the station. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
