団体客が来てたのもあるけどもう少し簡易化出来ないでしょうか？
平面駐車場聞いたらありませんと言われたが隣で受付していたお客さんは案内地図もらってた

建物は多少古いですが、清掃が行き届いていて部屋も綺麗です。ブラスポイントは、大浴場があることと長岡駅から近いこと。ホテル到着後に大浴場に入り、長岡駅ビル一階飲食街で夕食を食べ、コンビニでビールを買い、部屋で一杯やり、快適でした。

駐車場が有りだったので選んだけど、狭く徒歩する距離だった。そもそも駐車場案内が良くわからず近くに行ってから路駐して問い合わせした。先にご案内が欲しい。
このサイトからの予約は精算時ポイントがつかなく残念だった。違うサイトから予約とればよかった。
浴室のシャワーでなぜか水が流れず溜まってくる。排水口掃除してほしい。洗面所も汚かった。
コロナ禍でもあるのでカップ類は消毒済みとかの袋入りか清潔感に配慮してほしいかった。
ルートインはもっといいイメージだったが崩れた。
朝食食堂のスタッフ対応は凄く親切で笑顔で気持ち良く食事できた。

スタッフの対応は良かったです。施設の清潔感が気になりました。部屋に入るそうそうカーテンの端に蜘蛛の巣があり、そこに蜘蛛が引っかかっておりました。掃除を長くしていないのが丸わかりですね。
