Our stay with Rama and Pushkar was the highlight of an excellent trip to Nepal. They are lovely, genuine people who simply welcomed us into their home and family. They treated us to some walks, plate weaving , cookery lessons and the like which was great. We proved to be hopeless at batti making which gave us all such fun! The yoga session on the upstairs patio was memorable as were the games of Rummy Kub after dinner. May our paths cross again.

My travel buddy and I stayed at Rama Homestay. What a delightful experience with our host family. Pushkar, Rama and son are lovely hosts. Rama's cooking from her own organic garden was AMAZING. They didn't act like it was a job to host us ..they seemed to take pleasure in showing us around and sharing about their culture. , always smiling and laughing. The rooms and kitchen were clean with nice views. We highly recommend staying here and will return someday!
