JR Kyushu Hotel Nagasaki Reviews

Had a 2nights stay in Nagasaki Kyushu which was pleasant. Checked in and out was easy and fast with friendly staff. Room was spacious with coffee/tea services. Enjoyed our stay there. Thank you:)

Hotel is in station area. Tram station is in the front. Breakfast is in the mall

Nice hotel and best location! The hotel is link to shopping mall and just few steps away from JR station and tram. Easy to go anywhere. Just across the street has a lot restaurants for supper. I have bought the hotel breakfast with 2000 yen. Dine in a restaurant in the same building, can choose Japanese or western for the main course. And the side dish in buffet style, it is delicious! Definitely will stay this hotel if go to Nagasaki again.

Room was conveniently located above the mall. There were many food options in the food court. Room was small but was clean and modern. Paid parking is available in a nearby carpark.

The room is small, but functional and well organised. As a couple with check in size luggage we had no trouble. The location is great, near the station, restaurants and well connected to all parts of the city. The bed could be a little bit larger, but ok. Service and cleanliness were outstanding. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was perfectly clean.

Friendly staff that speaks good english. Luggage storage on the first floor that can be unlocked using ic card. Clean and extremely short distance from the train station, bus and trams.

Very close to transport & major AMU shopping centre & streetcar line. Also within walking distance of the cable car.

JR Kyushu hotel Nagasaki is within walking distance to Nagasaki JR station and it is surrounded by shopping malls. We were grateful for the early check in at 1pm. The room is cozy and comfortable. The space is just nice for one large and one medium luggages. The toilet and amenities provided are great. Luggage storage was available after check out. Umbrellas was also available for rainy days.

Really amazing location, it was right above amu plaza that you often find in most JR stations. The room itself was a bit dated but very much acceptable, and it seemed like the smell was “forced” to smell great and can be overwhelming. Making the experience very sterile

The location is great! But the room is really small… On the plus side, it's right next to the train station and there are plenty of malls downstairs.

The best ever staff service I ever had in so many hotels that I have stayed. Amazing staff with proactive helpfulness. I wanted to send my baggage to Hakata and they said they will help to complete the form as it’s in Japanese and more difficult for me to complete. They contacted the hotel in Hakata and confirmed my reservation and stored luggage before I will checkin into Hakata hotel. Location is great near to JR train station, local buses and trams and In AMU Plaza. Giving a four rating because for water, I have to go to the lift lobby on the same level as my room to take. Doesn’t bother me but it’s sort of inconvenience.

The check-in and check-out procedures were conducted smoothly. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to Nagasaki Station and the local city tram station. A convenience store and a shopping mall are located nearby, directly below the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the shopping mall, requiring an escalator ride to access. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler, even featuring a dedicated area for hanging clothes. The bathtub was also quite satisfactory and clean. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return should I visit Nagasaki again in the future.

Perfect location for a short holiday in Nagasaki! Entrance to hotel is linked to the mall and only a short walk from the Nagasaki station. Easily accessible to many places of interest via public transportation and plenty of food choices in the area.

Great location! 👍🏻
