Room was great, hospitality was great, just like how you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Would definitely book here again if revisit Nagasaki.

amazing! best hotel experience on my japan trip! service : amazing service from hotel staff & reception was very friendly [10/10] room : very spacious & very clean with many amenities! [10/10] location : 2-3mins walk, just opposite of nagasaki station [10/10] cost : amazing value given the great service & quality ($162 sgd for 2) [10/10] miku & I loved our stay! ありがとうございます！

The location could not be more ideal. Right outside Nagasaki station. Service was immaculate but housekeeping could be improved .. the floor was not vacuumed everyday and left a layer of dirt under our feet. Fitness centre was great, new and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!

The hotel is only a three to four minute walk from the train station, which was a lifesaver for my exhausted self. It's clean, and the brand-new facilities are a refreshing change from typical Japanese hotels. It's also great value for money and super convenient for shopping.
