Lovely spa/wellness hotel in the Kiso area. Quiet, peaceful and with great onsen facilities. Staff really.polite and helpful and hotel and rooms were immaculate, albeit a little tired and could do with some modernisation. Breakfast was fully Japanese so may not be to western tastes.

Hotel staff is friendly and warm . Very welcoming. Especially Amin who served us during meal time . He took effort to introduce us to the variety of food . Room has a good mountain view and spacious. The hotel is equipped with onsen and lounge for relaxing . Very satisfied with the stay . Will definitely recommend to friends and repeat stay at the hotel .

Our car was stuck outside of the hotel due to heavy snow, one of the hotel staff was extremely helpful to clear snow on the road and helped us drive the car back to the hotel, we were so grateful for his help otherwise we dunno how long would it take for us to make the car move again. He was so worry about us as there were also heavy snow on our departure day, he escorted us down to the mountain to make sure we are safe. All of the staff were so nice, food was fantastic! Probably one of the best hotel experience we have ever had. We reli enjoy the time there!

Cute and comfortable hotel tucked away in the mountains. Dinner was a delicious multi course event with private dining. Indoor and outdoor onsen also very relaxing

The hotel room is very large, a Japanese-style suite. The hot spring is very nice, both indoors and outdoors. The included meals are also very delicious. There are shuttle buses from the JR station and Tsumago-juku, so just make an appointment in advance.

One of the most vivid and pleasant impressions of our trip! Amazing onsen, delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast, cozy room and friendly staff! In addition, during our stay (01/05/2025) there were peach trees in bloom on the territory, which looked incredible! Highly recommended!!! To order a transfer from Tsumago, we used the help of the "tourist/information center", where we immediately called the hotel, and the transfer arrived exactly at the scheduled time
