We have only amazing things to say about this place, have been coming back to stay here the last few years in Spring!!! The absolute best place. Some of the things worth mentioning are- comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe and a safe, a balcony with a place to dry sports clothes, a great breakfast for every type of diet, a friendly bar, excellent service, good location, close to lake Garda but in a quiet corner, parking, workshop and bicycle storage area. One of the best features of this place is for sure the swimming pool- you swim surrounded by the scent of an olive grove and the singing of a nightingale! There is a reason the reviews for this hotel are so consistently outstanding. This by far was our favorite stop during our time in Italy. The location is ideal, nestled in the hills just above Torbole, but not too far as to make it difficult to reach everything by walking or biking. The breakfasts were impeccable and delicious with a wide range of options, and the vegetable dishes were made with ingredients grown in their own gardens. The menu included egg dishes, roasted veggies, cooked meats, cured meats and cheeses, muesli, fresh fruit, and some of the most amazing sweets and breads we have ever tasted. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. Bike rentals, wine tastings, grappa samplings, and pizza night, all courtesy of the hotel, made this a profoundly memorable vacation experience. But the most wonderful part about the AktivHotel is the staff! Kristina, Leonardo, Jessica, Erika, and Alessandra were warm and welcoming, helpful with every inquiry, lovely to chat with, and quick to help make reservations at the best restaurants in the area. They made us feel like we were staying in someone's home. We will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. Whenever we asked for anything, it was sorted straight away. The location is beautiful, just a few minutes walk from Lake Garda and the town centre. The hotel organised an airport transfer from Verona, which was great. The breakfasts were 10/10!!! Loads of choice for vegetarians and vegans.

We spent 2 nights at Aktivhotel and it wasnt enough. There is so much to do around the lake. The staff are super friendly and happy to help out. I big thank you to Christine and the team for showing amazing customer service. There is a reason they are number 1.

We stayed at the Aktiv hotel for 7 nights on a family vacation. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and very peaceful. It is set in a quiet location but the town is a short walk away so everything was easily accessible. The best thing however about this hotel was the staff. We had some problems with transfers and travel arrangements and the staff went out of the way to help us - they were amazing. Leonardo, Cristina, Alessandra and Jessica were absolutely fantastic and we are so very grateful to them all. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Best hotel ever. We enjoyed it so much last year, we came back again this year bringing even more of the extending family with us. The location is beautiful, the staff are so engaged and committed to ensuring every guest young to old have a great holiday. The breakfast buffet is full of scrumptious and healthy foods. You can see and feel how well the team works together - they create and energy and enthusiasm which is contagious and inspiring. Special mention to Walter, the bike tour guide, who paces his bike tour perfectly depending on the ability of the group. The cleaning staff are super friendly and do an amazing job. Loved also the hotels commitment to the environment Much of the buffet was sourced regionally. Travel with train rather than car encouraged also and a free shuttle service was provided between the hotel and the train station. Suffice to say, when you visit here, you feel you are visiting your family. We are already planning our next visit. Brings out the best version of yourself. Thanks to all the team! We miss you all guys :)

Like hotel name indicates, great place and location for active people. We stayed for a week in a family room with a bunk bed for kids. The room was bit tight, but worked well. Rooms are modern and functional. Breakfast was super! All kind of healthy options, but also some very nice homemade sweets. Restaurant offers also some basic dishes , but also theme days. We tried Thursday pizza party, which was very good. Complementary local wine tasting was also well appreciated. Pool area worked well for kids , but also for bit longer exercise swimming. For cycling the hotel location is excellent. We did not have our own bikes with us, but partner bike rentals were delivering bikes to the hotel for free, which was convenient. The service at hotel was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our time there and most likely come back again one day.

First of all for anyone who's looking to stay at a hotel where your made feel at home from the moment you walk in the door, this is your place! Excellent location with a beautiful 5 minute walk to the little town of Torbole. Immaculately clean with 2 lovely pools and surrounding garden area. The staff are a credit to the hotel itself, special mention to Christine and Lenardo who would go out of their way to make sure your needs are met! We will for certain be coming back and we can't wait. Thanks to all at AktivHotel for making our stay so peasant.
