Wife and I did not sleep at all. AC is limited to 22c/75f. Windows open above loud busy street. Bathroom vent doesn’t work. Tiny rooms. Food was random chunks of fish with skin and bones thrown in a fryer. 3 times the price of the hotel we switched to at Hotel Lago di Garda which was amazing in every way HP was not. Parking is dangerous. Hallways and carpet are about 20 years old and paint crusting off. Towel when drying off ripped down the middle it was so cheap. Linens, pillows towels all held strong vinegar odor as they must wash everything in just vinegar and no soap. I tried driving to find another hotel at midnight but everything was closed. No front desk to change rooms either. The next morning. We asked to cancel second night, spa access and meals. They said “no”. 446 euro for two nights at literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Motels are better with air conditioners that work. Overall this owner could have held sympathy for us and cancelled at least the spa we didn’t use or meals we weren’t going to attend but no nothing. Honestly cannot think of how the reviews are so high. Our day of riding bikes and being active were all ruined. We also had to cancel and lose our money on bike rentals since we were so exhausted. The room art was literally “imaginary scene painted with chicken balls”. Cannot make that up.

This is a beautiful and wonderfully managed hotel. We appreciate the Zampiccolis attentive, kind demeanor throughout our three day stay. The breakfast and dinner restaurant experiences were fabulous.

Amazing views, great staff and its on the lake for watersports. Short walk (3mins) into Riva and the bars and restaurants. better than staying in Riva. staff happy to arrange a late checkout for our 16:00 transfer. Definitely recommend.

Very helpful friendly service. Excellent covid care. A very comfortable room (edgy modern decor) with SUPERB lake view. Delicious food with great service in restaurant. Very good location - swimming just opposite. Parking included. Cannot fault this lovely hotel

Fantastische locatie, mogelijkheid voor opslag van je surfspullen, goed verzorgde en mooie kamer en erg vriendelijke en gastvrije bediening. Kamer aan de straatkant met balkon kan lawaaierig zijn, dus oordoppen om te slapen meenemen is zinvol. Wij moesten er aan wennen, maar vonden het geen groot nadeel. Zowel de surfsport als het centrum is op loopafstand. Wij kwamen hier met een groep voor een wingcamp, maar ook niet-surfers kunnen hier goed ontspannen en zich vermaken. Ons zien ze hier zeker terug, met of zonder wingcamp :)

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner en couple à l'hôtel Paradiso du 16 au 21 septembre 2023. L'hôtel est un trois étoiles mais il en mérite cinq ; Que ce soit la gentillesse des gérants, la disponibilité et le sourire du personnel, l'hygiène impeccable des lieux , la vue splendide et panoramique sur le lac depuis les chambres, tout était parfait. L'hôtel est situé à distance de marche du centre et est au calme. J'ajouterai également cinq étoiles pour la qualité du restaurant ( et du déjeuner ), en demi pension, nous avons pu manger à la carte et la cuisine authentique est absolument délicieuse ( produits frais ) ! Belle carte des vins également. Nous y retournerons avec le plus grand plaisir et encore merci à la patronne Mme Albina pour sa gentillesse et ses efforts pour nous parler en Français !

Siamo ritornati in questo hotel dopo la prima piacevole esperienza di inizio estate. Per noi è un piccolo rifugio dove poter riposare magnificamente e ricaricare le batterie in una camera estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Paolo è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio anche in ambito sportivo. La colazione è di qualità eccellente con prodotti artigianali e vetrata fronte lago. Torneremo sicuramente!

È difficile descrivere quanto e come ci siamo trovati bene.... non si tratta solo di un ottima struttura, della location ottimale, del fatto che sia a ridosso dello spot migliore per sfruttare il vento del Garda, del prelibato ristorante, degli spazi esterni ampli e fruibili: queste sono caratteristiche che ormai si danno quasi per scontate e che, qualora mancanti, ti porterebbero poi ad un giudizio negativo! Qui si tratta del personale più garbato che in tanti anni abbia mai trovato, di due albergatori sempre gentili e disponibili e di una accuratezza nei particolari che è davvero fuori dal comune! Nelle altre recensioni di sicuro troverete descrizione dettagliate su tutti i servizi offerti, io posso dirvi solo che forse non è un caso che questo albergo si chiami "Paradiso"!

Ho passato una notte all' Hotel Paradiso da solo in una stanza Just One a mezza pensione. Basicamente perfetta: con il minimo indispensabile, pulita e fresca. Il balcone di fronte al lago, offre, a dir poco una vista spettacolare. Lo staff è disponibile e accogliente. Sicuramente per me è la miglior scelta dove alloggiare a Torbole. La colazione era varia fra salato e dolce. Di vegan però non ho trovato molte alternative. Forse basta avvisare con antelazione per la prossima volta. Invece la sala da pranzo con le sue vetrate permette di gustare la colazione con vista al lago e il monte Brione. Vista incantevole sembra quasi di mangiare in barca. Altro vantaggio è che offrono una stanza per cambiarti quando torni dal lago, anche dopo aver fatto il check-out. Così si può fare il bagno prima del ritorno a casa.
