GGuest UserI never expected to stay at such a wonderful hotel in Batam! Great location, walk through car park at 5th floor to Grand Batam Mall and exceptional hospitality, especially from Salsa. Extensive breakfast spread featuring a chocolate fountain. Complimentary upgrade from Premier to a One-Bedroom suite (King-size bed, spacious living room with a long sofa bed, and a wash & dry machine). Free high tea for stays of at least two nights—even when booked through Trip.com. Saturday pizza crafting at only 100k per person—the kids absolutely loved it! Highly recommended

GGuest UserVery clean hotel, probably coz it's newly opened only last year. Appreciate the wedding anniversary cake provided. Breakfast is superb. Only downside is we can hear the loud music at the adjacent room till 12pm and the corridor noise from other guests disturbing our peacetime.

We have bought some Amanda Cakes around and there was no fridge in hotel but we request to keep in their fridge and all went fine. No hair dryer ready but you can call and request from the receptionist.

GGuest UserInstantly one of my new favourite hotels in Batam. Convenient location in Kampung Pelita area, opposite Aston Hotel and Residences and 9 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, 20 minutes walk maximum to GoGo Supermarket in Bengkong. Amazing place nearby, Kobie Coffee and Ruma Pelita - easily a 5/5 café and cultural / creative experience. Staff are lovely, gracious, efficient, with excellent language skills. Professional but friendly and welcoming. Public areas are modern, fresh, tranquil and very well maintained. Lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. Standard rooms are compact but well appointed, very clean, comfortable. Nice linens. Good sleep. But don't expect any views from the windows. Like the pool area. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended.

GGuest UserNice cozy and very clean room… book the superior room and there’s lots of space. It literally at the 20th floor and the view of the town was fascinating. The lobby staff served with a smile and they can accommodate to your special request.. This hotel are well recommended.
