Have been coming back to this hotel several times whenever we come to Batam. Very convenient and near to shopping mall. Food choices are okay too.

The hotel room was small with no good view from the window. Check-in took a long time; even though we arrived around 7 PM, we still had to wait for the reception staff to show up. The TV couldn't access Netflix, and the internet was buggy. The AC in my room wasn't cold.
