HARRIS Hotel & Suites Nagoya Batam

Thankful for the early check-in so that we can rest in the room. We were given high floor at 14th but no view as the hotel is being Blocked by Harper Hotel 🏨 Main door has good sound proof as we can never hear the noise from the mosque & school directly opposite the hotel. Good spread of breakfast menu and the seating capacity is very very well spread out in level 1. Hotel is doing good job in helping the earth by providing Glass Bottled Water but we are afraid to drink as it was indicated the source of water whereabout. N we were disappointed at the housekeeping for not making up our room the next day. We left around noon for shopping and back by 9pm. After we informed the front desk, they came for a quick cleanup but slippers & amenities were not stock up. Lucky we had brought extra vanity use. N hopefully the hotel will install a stopper at the shower door as the water always flows out of the door and ended up a soaked & wet toilet in the sink area. Still has a lot more room for improvement at Harris. Do take Grab/Maxim/Gojek for everywhere if u get tired of the surrounding area. Or a short walk 10-15mins to Nagoya Hill Mall.

Good service from you are right at the door step. The receptionist is super friendly and nice. Room is super clean and thanks for the surprise cake for my mother. Good breakfast spread and the hotel Aircon is cold enough. I will come back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel suites at a very strategic location within Nagoya. Many shops, reataurants, eateries, food court, cafes and massage places around the area.. Suites are of good size and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was fine with good variety of food but a bit overcrowded. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Overall, highly recommended place to stay if you plan to explore Nagoya Thamrin area.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at the entrance were very welcoming, and the room and toilet were both clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the birthday setup. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel room is very clean. Air-con are strong and cold. Water temperature can be easily adjusted and water pressure is strong too. Staffs are very friendly and attentive, especially Seiren who did the check-in for us. She rememberes us and greeted us every morning when we are having our breakfast. Definitely a good place to stay in Batam.

I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions and enjoyed its convenient location in downtown Nagoya, just about 10-minute walk away from Nagoya Hill Mall. The food and beverage offerings in the rooftop restaurant , and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean and spacious. It was a good and comfortable stay, until the noise from the event faing directly the hotel rooms on a Sunday morning since 6am until 12pm. The hotel staff were generally polite and helpful. The hotel is located at a very convenient spot.
