The location of this hotel is superb. Easily walkable to grand mall Batam. Room is really clean. And just next to this hotel is a very good grilled fish shop

The hotel is relatively new and it is nicely renovated with modern and stylish finishing. The room is very clean and comfortable, water stream is huge for shower, TV is big and nevertheless a comfort bed for good dream. It is not very far from most of the eatery and shopping area but still requires Gojek/Grab. Amenities is pretty much ok but I personally would prefer to have a swimming pool though. Overall stay experience is wonderful!

Best place for you to stay. It clean and really close to the attraction. And also i got free cake for my birthday. So appreciate the welcoming workers and they really helpful. And also the breakfast so variety and yummy

I went with my hubby n daughter, amazing connecting room was arranged. Room is so clean n good deluxe size. With impressive nostalgic view. The staff at the lobby, he has extended his assistance to us by bringing us to cross the road over to the opposite pharmacy to get some medication. We gratefully appreciated his help. There is even lobby with fifa football matches screening n the fruit juice is so well prepared service to us. Love this hotel n its location. Plus have all the staff with their sincere smiling faces, definitely will go back and stay. They also have wellness spa with reasonable rates in the room. We went for the facial wellness at a reasonable price.

Hotel is new. Location is very good at heart of Nagoya Breakfast have a lot of choice but food is cold n hard Smoker take note no smoking room

As a 3 stars hotel, hotel amenities are adequate. It’s not a ‘new’ hotel just a hotel that is refurbished and under a new brand. Bed comfortable. Staff are friendly and is able to communicate well in English. Hotel is still renovating and be prepared for lifts that are slow.

The usual ASR hotel standard. ASR hotels are my go to hotels when i travel south east asia. Its a newly opened hotel so everything is new. Room is extremely cosy too. Breakfast was great. Hotel will be fully opened in August. No gym at the moment. No pool.
