It's near to Grand Batam shopping mall. Walking distance around 5 minutes. Nearby the hotel got shops selling food and massage centre too.
The front office ladies staff are great, able to help us with information. Provided us extra 2 pillows and a later checkout time.
The hotel room was nice, and clean. Hot shower and Aircon works as it should. TV got plenty of channels to watch if needed. Window view able to see Singapore MBS on a clear morning.
The hotel breakfast buffet spread was good. Seems to change daily. The Aircon at the lobby and buffet restaurant a bit on the cold side. Maybe due to the raining weather on our visit.

This is a cheap and good hotel located next to the market and within walking distance of Batam Grand Mall and BCS Mall. The area is surrounded by massage parlors and eateries, with the A2 food court open until 3 AM. The market is bustling in the morning, offering plenty of food options. I would rate the hotel 9/10. There’s karaoke and in-house massage services available. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with an average budget.

Hotel had been under renovation, repainted,looks new n fresh..but unfortunately we found that our room on the 6floor got bed bugs,requested change another room still got bed bugs near the gip of the bed headrest wooden board.. we had no choice ,requested to change 3rd time room but we needed to top up sgd $10 to upgrade to Queen size bedroom, as the standard twin room was fully booked..got no choice ,we had to checked the room before we shifted in...luckily 3rd time was fine...daily breakfast was simple but delicious especially the fried meehoon ..

I have never been to Batam, and when choosing a hotel for this inaugural trip, I depended on reviews from previous customers.
I concur with the positive reviewers. The hotel location is good, a short walk from Grand Batam mall and various food outlets.
The room is large, with cozy beds and good Internet connectivity.
They served excellent breakfast with good choices on the menu.
Helpful and accommodation staff.

Location is excellent, big shopping mall within 5 mins walk and a few massage spa centre right beside the hotel. Famous Penuin market and many eateries are nearby too.

Overall, the stay of 2 nights was good.
Service is good, breakfast buffet is quite a spread
Our room is a bit of rundown as
the hotel is in the midst of upgrading.
