A very nice hotel for all. Directly linked to Nagoya Hill mall via a bridge provide free passage for raining days. Hotel comes with nice swimming pool , gym and sauna. Great buffet brealfast with a some Chinese food. Thumbs up!

Best hotel, great location, friendly staff. Recommended to stay while you are in Batam. Mall only 100m from hotel. Breakfast foods also many and delicious.

The location is very convenient to the popular Nagoya Hill Mall. There is a lot of eateries n massage parlour around the area. It is also very near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. The staff are very helpful and polite. Hotel room is big too👍🏻

First time to Batam, hotel location is next to the mall which you may get what you need from mall and shops nearby. The hotel breakfast had variations choice and good. Overall the experience staying in this hotel was great. There is a swimming pool at Level 2 and and massage center inside hotel with reasonable price. If you are coming over follow those youtuber and online recommendations, you are a bit remote and need to go by car. This place may be good for business traveller but for backpacker or light traveller, you may choose to stay near the attractions where you can reach within walking distance.
