Very clean, the service was excellent, very comfortable, and the breakfast food was varied and delicious.

I really like this hotel. The staff were friendly, from the front receptionists to the service staff. The room was clean and neat, and the breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here..i only took videos and forgot to take some pictures, but the room was 100% exactly like the pictures shown.

Love the hotel’s location! It’s conveniently located near Nagoya Hill Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel provides a nice breakfast, and the room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. You can hear quite a lot of noise from the road, especially motorcycles and cars passing by, which can be disturbing at times. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and I enjoyed the convenient location.

The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are clean and tidy with good management. There's a pool and restaurant on the third floor. The breakfast was quite extensive; I particularly enjoyed the rice noodles, fried fish, and fruit.

The room is good for couple and the aircon was functioned. The best thing is the bed, very comfy and clean. Friendly staff and good location.

The service team is warm and helpful, they handled my check-in quickly without waiting. The guest room is spacious and thoroughly cleaned, no dirty corners or strange smells. The mattress and pillows are soft, and the room is a little noisy. Bathroom supplies are complete, water pressure is stable. Overall this hotel offers great service at a reasonable price. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip and recommend it to all travellers.

The rooms not bad but just the sound from the street quite loud so if you’re a light sleeper may want to think otherwise 🤣

Value for money stay. Daily necessities provided.  Near eateries and shopping districts and ferry terminals. Daily breakfast buffets more on Chinese cuisines. Friendly and helpful staffs made the stay very pleasant. Will definitely book again when next trip to Batam.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as "luxury boutique", the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Overall the hotel was cozy and cheap for 3 pax with 2 rooms, breakfast was average. This is second time staying here. Love the bed

Decent location but next to main road so it can get quite noisy at night. Nice comfy bed and clean room.
