The BCC Hotel & Residence

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Penuin Market and Grand Batam Mall. The breakfast selection was good. However, the room lighting was a little dim.

Great experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!

The room layout is fantastic but maybe due to low occupancy, very strong mouldy smell. Room is old, hair dryer not working and bathroom not able to drain properly (very very slow as if anytime will flood) Staff service is very good, chg a room for us after our feedback immediately with no questions asked but won't book the second time unfortunately. Location is good, just behind A2 food court and Batam City Sq shopping.

Overall good experience.. food wise is ok as well.. staff are friendly as always.. . Second time staying here Nice view of fireworks as well

Convenient especially near bcs mall Breakfast have many variant to choose but average taste, still ok Its old hotel so cant ask much for cleanliness Lift took sometime to come

Location is good with lots of food and shopping nearby.. Rooms are a bit old but still ok
