I originally booked for two nights, but after the first night, I wanted to switch hotels. Unfortunately, all other hotels were fully booked. The next day, as soon as I found another place, I immediately checked out. The lobby and rooms all had a strong smell of smoke, the air conditioning was very noisy, and the floors were so dusty I had to wear shoes. The soundproofing was terrible; a few guys were yelling and banging on other doors in the early hours, startling me awake and making me wonder what was going on. Complaining to the staff was useless. I realized after arriving that this area is very chaotic, and the only upside is that a famous Indonesian restaurant is nearby.

stayed for 3d2n - room is big with all basic amenities like toiletries, water, coffee, kettle etc. can use 3pin plug in this hotel, shower lighting is dim and saw tiny cockroaches in toilet. bed is comfortable but had some stains. walls are thin, can hear sounds from neighbours, hallway, and traffic. walkable to nagoya mall, there's a cafe just beside it and 3 convenience stores around

Moved here from another place.. room cleanliness is an issue saw small cockroaches in the room. For that price I am not going to complain much but just note that the room I stayed in has cockroaches

Our family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.

Hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes walk to Nagoya Hill shopping mall and to local eateries and kopitiams. Excellent service from hotel staff (doorman and front desk staff) the moment I entered the hotel. Room was spacious and kept impeccably clean and that made a really comfortable stay.
