The facilities seem a little old, but the water area has been renovated and feels clean. It is very convenient as it is close to Kanayama Station and the parking lot attached to the hotel is cheap.

The room is clean and hygienic, but a bit small, especially the cabinet for hanging clothes, which can only hang 2 pieces of clothes by visual inspection. Other room facilities are relatively complete. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There are many convenience stores nearby. It is close to Nagoya's largest subway station and a street for eating, drinking and entertainment.

首先對於商務出差來説這家酒店位置很好，去機場直達，去名古屋站也就是20分鐘。然後這個酒店是從金山站的南口出來走5分鐘就到了，商業街在北口那邊。這家酒店晚上很安靜，睡覺也很好。酒店的設施還有早餐都還湊合，比榮那裡的酒店要好。
