I always stay at this hotel when I have business to attend to. The staff are very friendly, and it's convenient for both getting around and meeting people. For shopping, JR Gate Tower and Takashimaya are right next door, which is incredibly convenient.

Arrived in Nagoya late at night, and it started raining as soon as we got to the hotel. We initially went to the wrong hotel next door, which is part of the same group. The staff were very kind, confirmed our reservation, and even walked us over to the correct hotel for check-in, providing us with umbrellas. There's a convenient store downstairs, which was super handy. The next morning, we walked about ten minutes to Meitetsu Nagoya Station to catch a bus to Takayama. I'll definitely be back next time.

The room quality is on par with a typical Japanese economy hotel – small but impeccably clean and well-equipped. Its location right next to the subway exit was a huge plus, saving me the hassle of lugging my luggage around. For breakfast, you have the option of using a voucher at the Starbucks downstairs or getting a breakfast set at Doutor Coffee, a chain across the bridge. Given the price point, I found this to be excellent value, especially since I was just back from the US and still dealing with jet lag, so having early breakfast options available was a lifesaver.

I've stayed in similar-class hotels in Tokyo and Osaka, and this one is the best in terms of room cleanliness, facilities, service, and breakfast.

Haha, turns out there are two VIA INN hotels at Nagoya Station! I went to the wrong one at first and couldn't find my booking. The staff kindly directed me to the correct one, and I was able to check in smoothly. I booked two rooms, and they gave us connecting rooms, which was great! The hotel's location is excellent, with many anime/manga stores nearby, like Animate, Suruga-ya, Lashinbang, and K-Books. It's a smooth and enjoyable walk from the station. The hotel is also just a few minutes' walk from the Nagoya Shinkansen, which is super convenient for catching the bullet train. The rooms are typical Japanese style – clean, quiet, and tidy, just what you need. What really surprised me was the breakfast; it was incredibly diverse! All sorts of side dishes, bread, rice, soup, and fruits, all delicious. I especially want to praise the bread; I loved both the toast and the croissants. Next time I'm in Nagoya, I'll definitely choose this place again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

The hotel has a good location, close to Nagoya Station, which is convenient for taking public transport. There are also many small restaurants nearby downstairs, making dining easy. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are pretty good. The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small; it was a tight squeeze for our family of three with all our luggage.
