Hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya station. Reception and lobby are at 18th floor, and you can collect your amenities beside the reception counter. Room is as shown in photo. May not have enough space if you have a big luggage to open on floor but its okay for me

I appreciate that the hotel took note of my request for a room with a view. The breakfast spread is pretty good but the eel portion ran out too fast so we did not get to try it. This is common among jap hotels but we rarely get offered an early check in for free. This would make a difference as we took a red eye flight and was tired and would appreciate a room to freshen up.

A little walk away from Nagoya station but it was easy to find. The room is cosy with everything we need. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Service staff is friendly. And a plus point is there is a free spa!

Close to train station, and Lobby looks amazing! And the facilities - Spa is clean and neat. Very enjoyable. Staff are professional. Will book this hotel in the future for sure!

Excellent location very close to Nagoya station with easy access to all major lines, JR and Sinkansen. The room compared to other hotels is decent size with spacious washroom. Will definitely book again!

Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier is located a short 10-minute walk away from Nagoya Station which connects the Mintetsu, Kintetsu and JR train lines as well as the subway. While not directly above the bustle of such a huge station, Mitsui is conveniently connected to the hub via sheltered underground links. There’s also very easy sheltered access to shops, malls and restaurants nearby.
Cleanliness at the Mitsui is commendable. Staff are polite and service-oriented, and very efficient.
The breakfast room is a tad small and may get a little crowded on busy days but the food is very nicely done.

Excellent hotel, a great location close to the fish market so plenty of options for food. Without a 30 minute walk of Nagoya castle. 5 minutes from the station. Plenty of shops, and underground walkways nearby. Comfortable room, lovely pillows and bed. Nice quiet air con. Helpful, friendly staff who all seem to speak English.
