The reception, restaurants, and guest lounge are located on the 31st floor, while the rooms occupy floors 32–36, offering excellent views of the city. Al railway station is conveniently located right next to the hotel, and it is only a 15–20 minute walk to Nagoya Station, with easy access to JR and subway lines. As expected in Japan, the hotel staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. The restrooms on the 31st floor are beautifully maintained and provide a surprisingly refreshing experience. For the best value, it is advisable to book early and secure a favorable rate.

Fantastic views and a cozy stay. My friend and I had a comfortable stay here. The rooms are cozy and the panoramic views of Nagoya are absolutely fantastic and clear. The only minor downside is the location—it’s about a 15-min walk to Nagoya Station, which can feel a bit far if you are constantly using the station to commute to other places. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

the hotel looks new in a location quite private and yet accessible to its own amenities like iMax cinema ; supermart and eateries at the level 1-2. Rooms are on higher floors and view is beautiful and unblocked great place to stay

The humidifier box in the air purifier was quite dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. For breakfast, only the chicken wings and unagi rice were good; everything else was nothing special. Before booking, I was told there would be children's toys and puzzles, but upon arrival, the front desk said they only had picture books. As for children's shower gel and baby bottle cleaner, you had to call the front desk to have them sent up. The staff's service attitude was very good, though. The parking lot is conveniently located on B1, making it easy to get around by car.

This might probably be the best hotel view we have stayed so far in Nagoya! We were deeply impressed by the stunning day & night scene - where we could view the entire Nagoya city through our eyes:) We even have tried out their morning and dinner buffets on L31, both were far more than just up to the mark, and likewise, we were able to catch the best view of Nagoya there. We were well taken care of by the front desk and room cleaning services. Though the gym room is a lil bit tiny, it's neat and tidy and the equipments are well-maintained - overall, it's a highly effective workout space. And not to mention that the availability of car park slot within the hotel building was adding some extra points, especially for us with a young kid. Highly recommending this hotel👍🏻

Excellent hotel with breathe taking view, amazing room, comfortable beds, good amenities and facilities. One of the better breakfast selection I have had in Japan. Room is spacious for Japanese standard, hence I feel value to money is great! Only downside is location, nothing around there, but you are only one stop away from Nagoya station. So overall experience is great and will return.

The views are fantastic, and the facilities are quite new. The bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip. The only minor drawback is that getting around is a bit inconvenient; although there's a direct monorail line, the transfer at Nagoya Hub Station is a very long walk. It would actually be quicker to just walk directly between the hotel and the hub station.

We love the view of the room , but still need self clothes washing machine for family travel.

Hotel is new, service is good, location is ideal, very close to Nagoya Station. Buffet is very good though priced at 4500 yen. The view from the room is fantastic. Everything is as expected and excellent. Note, Parking is not free, priced at 3300 yen per day, due to its downtown location.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, but the service is a disaster. When we first arrived, we had a good impression, but then at check-in, the Japanese family next to us, with one child, received two sets of kids' amenities. We had two families, two kids, and two rooms, and didn't get any at all. We had to ask for them ourselves. Back in the room, for a triple occupancy, they only provided one toothbrush set – truly 'excellent'… The last day was even more ridiculous; they didn't replenish any of the toiletries. On another note, some of our companions tried the buffet dinner. Someone with two children, where the children were charged, was given a two-person table? And this was when the restaurant was practically empty! If it happened once, you could call it a mistake, but this frequently, I can only conclude that we experienced the rumored differential treatment.

Great value for money! The room was quite new and spacious, with a fantastic city view and a central location. My only minor complaint is that when I cut my finger at night and called the front desk for a band-aid, I had to go down and get it myself, which wasn't very considerate. Despite that, I'd definitely stay again and recommend it!

I already wrote down my request when booking the room (for higher floor), but the reception on site say only the lowest floor was available. When I said I made this request right from the beginning, she suggested me to pay extra for the higher floor, which was quite disappointing.

Great hotel with good amenities. Location is slightly far from nagoya station but manageable if you use the aonami line. Google map will ask you to walk very far to locations though
