The staff were really nice. Even though there was a language barrier with the lady downstairs, she was very patient and used a translation app to communicate with us. However, the app wasn't very accurate. When we went upstairs to check in, it turned out there was a ********* person at the front desk, which was great. Still, we had to wait quite a while to check in, even though there was no one else at the desk at the time. The room was pretty spacious, and everything else was fine. The location is also quite convenient, and the restaurant downstairs is good. After checking in, it was past 3 PM, so we went downstairs to eat. The server asked if we wanted the restaurant or cafe. When she gave us the menu, we realized we only had about five or six minutes before lunch orders closed, but they still took our order! The set meal and the beef rice bowl were both really delicious. Definitely worth trying if you're staying here.

The hotel is right on Kokusai Street, and for Japan, the room was really spacious. It's also a relatively new hotel, so everything felt very fresh and clean. We stayed for 3 nights (4 days) and found both the environment and location to be extremely convenient.

Very close to Kokusai Dori. The staff had a great service attitude. The room was quite spacious, and we really liked the decor.
